Our oil & gas service company client is seeking a HR Generalist to join their busy Aberdeen team with immediate effect.  This role will be responsible for the provision of HR support, advice and initiatives, as well as specific project work, in line with both personal and departmental development.  This will include all recruitment & selection; suggesting, implementing and maintaining policies & procedures; dealing with employee relations and advising on compensation & benefits matters. 

 

The successful candidate will be degree qualified and have relevant experience in the above areas.  CIPD, specific HR qualifications or post degree qualifications are desirable. The individual will also have good time management skills and be able to work on their own initiative.
